Help us maintain accurate records during the process.

If you are a current WebWise user, before January, log in to your WebWise Online & Mobile Banking account to update your contact information.

To do this, choose “Communication Preferences” under “My Profile,” and confirm or update and save your email address and phone number.

How to update your Communication Preferences

Step 1

Tap on the hamburger menu on the top left of your app to show additional options.

Tap on "My Profile."

If your communications preferences are up-to-date and current, there is no more you need to do. If your communications preferences are incorrect, please correct them. If you are missing an email address or a phone number, please add those as well. Your email address will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have already opted in; we use this information to send you important communications about your WebWise account.
