The online banking and mobile applications requests access to information stored on your device such as location, camera, contacts, or other features you are enrolled in to define your user experience, as well as provide additional security to protect your account.

  • If you do not wish to grant that permission, you may decline

If you later change your mind, you may request to delete your online and mobile account access.

1. Equipment and Technical Requirements

To perform Transactions, you must have the electronic equipment necessary for the Service at issue, such as a personal computer with Internet access. It is your responsibility to acquire the equipment, software, and Internet service necessary to access the Services. For Online Banking Services, the browser you use for Internet access must meet the level of security standards that we require from time to time.

2. Cookies

Your browser may use cookies (a small piece of data sent by a website and stored on your browser) to remember you and your online activities when you return to our site. Please refer to your browser to understand the options that might be available to you.

3. Viruses

It is your responsibility to supply and use virus protection programs to scan your computer and related materials for viruses and remove them. You agree that we are not responsible in any respect for any viruses you may encounter using or accessing the Services.

4. Security Goals

We work hard to make our website secure. We will employ such security measures as in our reasonable judgment are appropriate to secure our website. You will not use our website for unauthorized purposes or illegal transactions, including internet gambling and similar activities. We may monitor and audit transactions made through our website.

5. Security Information

Use of your username and Password, and such other security and identification methods as we may require from time to time, such as security questions or one-time passcodes is required to use the Services (and is a “security procedure”). You agree that this security procedure is commercially reasonable and is designed to authenticate your Transactions. Transaction instructions received by the Bank when using these security procedures are as effective as your instructions, whether or not you authorized them in fact, as long as we accept the instructions in good faith. No security procedures are established to detect errors committed by you with respect to Transaction instructions made in your name, and we shall have no liability to you as a result of our acceptance of them. If the confidentiality of your Password is compromised, you shall notify us immediately at (518) 584-5844. You assume sole responsibility for maintaining Passwords. For certain Services and Passwords, repeated entries of an incorrect Password may lead to the Password being automatically revoked. Also, your connection to certain Services may be automatically terminated if there is no activity for a length of time.

If you open an account or obtain a product or service from us using our online or mobile services, we may record your personal information from a scan or copy of your driver’s license or other personal identification card, or we may receive an image or make a copy of your driver’s license or other personal identification card. We may store or retain this information to the extent permitted by law.
